Take the course step by step on Udemy.

Course Description:

This course will take the student from the basics of the anatomy of lowback pain, what causes low back pain and why conventional treatments often don't work. The course will then illustrate a series of techniques and strategies that allow a person to rebalance, resupport, restrengthen and realign the spinal, lumbar and acral regions, in order to achieve painfree living. The course introduces a revolutionary technique called biomechanical torsion developed by osteopaths for rebalancing and realigning the lumbar and sacral regions. It has been clinically used for decades by osteopaths. For the first time, these techniques have been adapted for personal use with a selfguided process to help achieve and maintain a painfree living. The course doesn't stop there. Strategies on posture, flexibility, strengthening and more are introduced to facilitate a healthy lumbar and sacral region. Facilities and equipment including swimming pools, pilate, hatha yoga and many others.

The majority of adults in developed countries suffer from low back pain. Meanwhile, conventional medicine’s focus has been upon relieving pain instead of removing the causes. In this course, we find a clarification of the causes for most low back pain along with more than a hundred different strategies and exercises - to enable the body to counteract and remove these causes, to produce a healthier, pain-free back. This video course, narrated by leading alternative health author and California Naturopath Case Adams, and illustrated in full and slow motion by Certified Fitness Trainer Virginia Callow, offers breakthroughs in understanding and preventing one of the most debilitating conditions known to modern society.
